After-Sales Maintenance and Repair Services
Voya Studio offers after-sales maintenance services, including repairs and pearl re-setting, for all items purchased from our store. We will evaluate each case to determine if free repairs can be provided. Please send the item to us by mail, and we will assess whether charges apply and estimate the required time.
- We can re-set loose pearls or gemstones free of charge.

If a pearl or gemstone is accidentally lost, customers can purchase a replacement at 80% of the original pearl's price, with no labor fee for re-setting.

If only a single earring is lost, you may send us the remaining earring. We will assess the feasibility and cost of recreating the earring and matching the pearl. Please note that this service may not be possible due to design and material limitations, or may require a separate quote.
- If a customer wishes to adjust the length of a pendant necklace, we will need to make different adjustments depending on the type of necklace, and the methods may vary. Therefore, please visit our store so we can analyze it for you. However, please note that due to individual design and material (such as silver) limitations, adjustments may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
- If the clasp of a pendant becomes difficult to open or close, it is usually due to weakening of the spring mechanism. We will repair it for you.
Style Modification Service
Pearls purchased from our store are eligible for style modification services. If you wish to change your existing necklace to a different design (e.g., changing the clasp style, adjusting the arrangement, or converting it into a bracelet), we will re-create it according to the new design requirements.Material costs will be quoted based on the actual design.
