Shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China
How is shipping calculated? Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Mainland China qualify for free shipping on orders over $500 HKD.
How long after placing an order will it ship? Once confirmed, in-stock items generally ship within 3 to 5 business days (customized items require 7 to 15 business days). We will contact you on the day your order ships. Please note that in the event of unforeseen logistical circumstances (such as holidays or peak shipping periods), delivery times may be slightly delayed.
How will the package be wrapped? Most jewelry will be placed in an exquisite gift box, further protected by a sturdy hard paper box to ensure the product is not easily damaged during transit.
How can I track my order? You can log in to "My Account" at any time and click on "My Order History" to track the latest status of your package.
International Shipping
Delivery Time and Related Fees Customized items ship in approximately 7 to 15 business days. All international packages come with a dedicated tracking number, allowing you to monitor delivery progress at any time through the international express company's system.
Please note: Packages sent overseas (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) may incur customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region. These charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Furthermore, items shipped overseas may not fully comply with the local standards, specifications, or labeling requirements of the destination country.
